Please review these terms carefully as they govern your use of the Bendstack Model Context Protocol (MCP) platform and cloud development infrastructure.

1Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to Bendstack MCP servers, accessing the dashboard at dash.bendstack.com, or utilizing our cloud infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bendstack regarding your use of our full-stack toolchain and managed backend services.
2Description of Service
Bendstack provides a headless Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and cloud development runtime. Our services include:
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) Tool Suite
- Managed MySQL/TiDB Schema Orchestration
- Automated API & Auth Scaffolding
- Multi-Platform Client Code Export
3AI & Generated Output
Bendstack operates as a tool layer for third-party AI models (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, etc.).
You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and testing generated code, database schemas, and business logic before deploying to end users. Bendstack does not guarantee that AI-generated logic is completely free of edge cases or functional errors.
4Billing, Pricing & Early Access
Bendstack offers a free developer tier for prototyping, building, and MCP tool execution.
Public self-serve pricing tiers are currently being finalized. Commercial scale plans (dedicated database instances, high-volume API throughput, custom SLAs, and multi-platform client export packages) are provided via custom agreements by contacting sales@bendstack.com.
5Intellectual Property & Code Export
You own your code and application logic. All database schema designs, workflow business logic, API definitions, and UI components created through your prompts and tools remain your exclusive intellectual property.
Frontend Code Export: Developers on supported commercial plans may export clean Next.js source code for the web, as well as multi-platform client packages for iOS & Android (Capacitor) and Mac & Windows (Tauri). You have full rights to deploy, modify, and distribute these frontend client packages.
Managed Backend Infrastructure: The Bendstack core engine, runtime MCP server, and proprietary database orchestration pipeline are the intellectual property of Bendstack. Backend APIs continue to run securely on api.bendstack.com without requiring you to manage DevOps or server maintenance.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bendstack and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
7Acceptable Use & Termination
You agree not to use Bendstack to build or distribute malicious software, phishing pages, illegal content, or perform unauthorized security probing.
Bendstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use policies or engage in abusive platform behavior.
