Policy Overview
114-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new commercial subscriptions and paid license purchases. If you find that our full-stack tools or MCP infrastructure do not meet your project needs, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial transaction.
2Eligibility Criteria
To prevent abuse and maintain platform stability, the following standard conditions apply:
- 01.Only first-time purchases are eligible for a refund.
- 02.Subsequent recurring billing cycles are non-refundable once billed.
- 03.Accounts found in violation of our Acceptable Use policy are ineligible for refunds.
3How to Request a Refund
No complicated forms required. Simply email our billing team at billing@bendstack.com within the 14-day window. Please include:
• Date of purchase
• Associated project name or license key
• Brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)
4Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (via Paddle, Card, or Apple/Google Pay). While we initiate refunds immediately, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your banking statement.
5Non-Refundable Items
After the 14-day period has elapsed, transactions are final. Custom consulting fees, custom domain registrations, or external third-party compute services are non-refundable.
